Most of Throttr is free

Logging, plans, progress and keeping your devices in step cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. The only thing you can pay for is Throttr Pro, which adds the AI. Until Pro opens, nobody is charged.

14 days, no questions asked

If you pay for Throttr Pro and change your mind, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment, including a yearly renewal, and you get all of it back.

How to ask

Paddle.com is the seller of record for every Throttr order, so the refund is made by Paddle, to the way you paid. Use the link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or write to us at support@throttr.com and we will ask Paddle for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the link in any Paddle receipt. Your Pro then runs to the end of the year you paid for and is not renewed. After that the AI stops, and everything else keeps working for free.
